Affiliate Agreement

1. Signup Requirements

   UK2.NET Affiliates must be 18 (eighteen) years of age. Affiliate Web sites must NOT contain lewd, obscene, illegal or pornographic material, or any other material that we deem to be objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, bigotry, hatred, pornography, satanic materials, and any and all content of an adult nature. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of UK2.NET management. In addition any site selling or promoting bulk e-mail services is not allowed.

2. Link Placement

   Affiliate links/banners/advertisements may not be placed in newsgroups, unsolicited e-mail, banner networks, counters, chatrooms or guestbooks.

   Any link/banner/advertisement placed must be done in such a way that it is not misleading to any site visitor and done with the intention of delivering valid sales, leads, or clicks to UK2.NET. Any banner that promotes UK2.NET which is designed by an affiliate must be authorized first by sending a copy to affiliates@UK2.NET marked "Banner for Authorisation"

3. Payments

   Affiliates are paid for each referred NEW sale that remains active beyond 45 days (60 days for WestHost sales). Any referred client canceling within 45 days (60 days for WestHost sales) will not be credited to affiliate. Referral credit cannot be combined with any other referral program offer. UK2.NET only gives credit for eligible plans through our partner programs, including WestHost.com, Midphase.com, ANHosting.com, Dotable.com, and all other UK2Group properties.    Payments are processed once per month. Affiliate can be paid via paypal, cheque, (wire transfers on request) The following fees apply and will be deducted from the following payment methods: £5 check processing fee, £15 stop-payment check fee, £15 wire transfer fee.

   For our affiliates in USA, US law requires all affiliates earning $600 or more in annual commission to submit a completed W8 or W9 form, until this form has been received UK2.NET is unable to process any commissions beyond this threshold. A copy of this form can be found under the "Account Info" section of the affiliate management area. Completed forms should be mailed to:

4. Abuse/Fraud

   As an Affiliate, you are compensated for driving new and unique business to UK2Group properties through your OWN efforts. UK2.NET has zero tolerance for abuse and fraud with regards to its services. This includes, but is not limited to order fraud, self-referrals, illegal behavior, misrepresentation of services, traffic hijacking, or any other kind of inappropriate behavior.

   As an UK2.NET affiliate you must also not optimize your Web site for any terms trademarked by UK2Group or Hosting Services, Inc. This includes the terms Midphase, Midphase.com, ANHosting, ANHosting.com, WestHost, WestHost.com, 10TB, 10TB.com, VPS.NET, Autica, Autica.com, WingSix, WingSix.com, Dotable, Dotable.com, Resell.biz, US2.NET, SupremeSupport, SupremeSupport.com, VirtualInternet, VI.net, Another.com, MailFiltering.com, UK2, and UK2.NET. This would include, but is not limited to purchasing PPC (Pay Per Click) listings for the search terms above.

   Any affiliate found to be involved in any actions not deemed appropriate by UK2.NET would be suspended immediately. In these cases, any unpaid referral earnings could be forfeited.

5. Spam

   UK2.NET has a zero tolerance for unsolicited e-mail of any kind. If affiliate makes any reference to UK2.NET in an unsolicited e-mail, advertisement, newsletter or any other direct marketing medium, their account will be terminated. This includes the use of our name, a link to our Web site, or a link to another Web site containing references to UK2.NET.

6. Termination of Service

   UK2.NET reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation this agreement could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

   Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold UK2.NET harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against UK2.NET its agents, its clients, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents or employees.

8. Disclaimer

   UK2.NET will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. UK2.NET makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by UK2.NET and its employees. UK2.NET also reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and affiliate program rules.

9. Promotions

   The current promotion for UK2.NET affiliates effective March 25, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. GMT, can be viewed at affiliates' commissions page.

   The first 5 sales are paid at 35% on everything except Domains (paid at 3% on all levels) A 45% commission will be paid out for sales between 6-20 and 21 or more sales a month will be paid at 60% commission (excl. domains).

   The UK2.NET Direct Affiliate scheme also gives you access to UKGroup Scheme which includes a $100 commission per sale for the following brands: Midphase, WestHost, and AN Hosting. The first 9 sales made within a calendar month will be paid $100. When an affiliate reaches 10 sales for any of the other above mentioned brands within the same calendar month, and for any subsequent sales made within that same month, the affiliate will receive $200 ($150 for Commission Junction affiliates) per sale. At the beginning of each new calendar month, affiliates will again receive a $100 commission for sales 1 through 9 and $200 commission for anything 10 or more. Commission payments will not be made for any sale that does not reach the minimum activation (see "Payments" in section 3). Affiliates may not combine sales of two separate accounts in order to achieve 10 sales within a given calendar month. This promotion will carry a 1st visit (first session) cookie length (365 days) and applies to all UK2.NET affiliates. The duration of said promotion is for a limited time. UK2.NET reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any given time without notice.

10. Privacy Policy

    UK2.NET insures that all personal information being voluntarily submitted to us in the processing of your order (to be used for record and billing purposes, etc.), inclusive, but not limited to, credit card and other personal information, will be kept strictly confidential and used "solely" by UK2.NET its authorized representatives and employees; for the strict purpose for which it was intended, and for the benefit of the subscriber. We agree not to share, rent, sell or release this information to any individual, entity or third party, for any reason, without the specific written consent of the subscriber; with exception as required by law, regulation or governmental authority.

    UK2.NET is committed to protecting and securing all subscriber provided information, through the use of firewalls and additional security measures in place at its physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of such information.
