To find your account ID follow these steps:
Log into your CHI account at https://chi.uk2.net/
Once inside of your account, your account ID will be in the top right-hand corner.
The six-digit number found at the top of your screen is your account ID. You will need to provide this number along with the telephone support pin when contacting us for help.
